Postal service providers' revenue from letter-post items sent and received rose by 8.5% to 12.897 million euros, and revenue from parcels went up by 4.2% to 18.226 million euros. Revenue from other postal services increased by 3.7% to 2.202 million euros.
State-owned Lietuvos Pastas (Lithuanian Post) held the largest market share, at 37.7%, in terms of second-quarter revenue, followed by DPD Lietuva in second place with 19.5%, Venipak Lietuva in third with 11.1% and DHL Lietuva in fourth with 10.8%. Other companies held market shares of less than 5%.
