Lithuania's GDP expanded by 0.6% in the second quarter from the first quarter, compared with growth of 1.2% in Latvia and 1.3% in Estonia.
Year-on-year, Lithuania's second-quarter GDP grew by 4%. Latvia and Estonia recorded growth rates of 4.8% and 5.2%, respectively.
Compared to the second quarter of 2016, the GDP of the 25 EU member states increased by 2.4%, while the eurozone reported 2.3% annual growth. Compared to the previous quarter, the EU reported a 0.7% growth and eurozone recorded 0.6% GDP growth.
