Last November, analysts of Danske Bank projected Lithuania's gross domestic product to widen by 3.1% this year.
Rokas Grajauskas, senior economist of Danske Bank for the Baltic states, says faster economic growth should continue in the next few years, driven by recovering European economy and developing US economy, as well as momentum of the use of EU funds and ever increasing wages due to lack of employees and improving financial situations of companies.
Danske Bank said Lithuania's economy would increase by 3.5% in 2018 and by further 3.4% in 2019.
