Wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles in Lithuania grew by 7.4% in September

Statistics Lithuania informs that, based on provisional data, in September 2013, the turnover (VAT excluded) of enterprises engaged in wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles amounted to LTL 740.5 million and, against August, increased by 7.4% at constant prices. The largest increase was observed in wholesale trade in trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, camping vehicles (by 20.5%) and motor vehicle parts and accessories (by 16.3%). In September 2013, against September 2012, the turnover (VAT excluded) of enterprises engaged in wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles increased by 8.4% at constant prices. The largest increase was observed in trade in motor vehicle parts and accessories (by 21.3%).
