Enterprises engaged in the following economic activities received the largest part of their sales income from non-residents located in the European Union (EU): software publishing, market research and public opinion polling, and employment services – 73.5, 54.4 and 45.5 per cent respectively.
Most income of enterprises received from non-residents were those received from clients located in the EU countries, except income of enterprises engaged in data processing, hosting and related services; web portal services, and technical testing and analysis – income received from the clients located in the EU countries made up, respectively, 19.8 and 9.5 per cent of the total income received from non-residents, while from other countries – 43.6 and 14.1 per cent respectively.
Compared to 2014, the sales income of most enterprises at current prices (VAT excluded) was on the increase. The fastest growth was observed in the income of software publishing enterprises (42.5 per cent), the slowest – in the income of enterprises engaged in data processing, hosting and related services; web portals (9.4 per cent). A decrease in income was observed only in enterprises engaged in architectural services – 0.1 per cent.
