Lithuanian airports' passenger traffic increased by 15.5% in September

In September 2013, as compared to the September of 2012, Lithuanian airports' passenger traffic increases by 15.5%, while the number of the passengers handled by Lithuania's air carriers decreased by 23%. In September 2013, as compared to the September of 2012, the number of the cargos loaded in Klaipeda Port and in Butinge terminal was reduced by 5%, while the number of the cargos loaded in Lithuania's airports was increased by 20.2%. In September 2013, as compared to the same period in 2012, the number of the cargos carried by Lithuania's railways was reduced by 11.8% and the number the cargos carried by Lithuania's air carriers – by 19.9%.
