Vilnius Airport handled 78.4% of all passengers. Kaunas Airport accounted for 16.4% for the total traffic and Palanga Airport held a 5.1% share.
The largest number of passengers flew to and from the United Kingdom.
The country's airports handled a total of 3,300 tons of cargo and mail during the three months, up 6.7% from a year ago.
The total number of arrivals and departures by local and foreign-owned aircraft rose by an annual 11.7% to 12,000, the statistics office said.
