Vilniaus Vandenys said in a press release that it had auctioned off its central office and customer service center, covering a total area of 2,500 square meters, in Dominikonu Street.
In Vilnius, Asgaard Property owns a part of the Kernave office building and a 710-square-meter building in Traku Street that houses a restaurant and a gallery.
The company plans to invest 13.5 mln euros in two business building projects, in Jonas Basanavicius Street and Ukmerges Street, which will offer around 9,700 square meters of leasable space to the market.
Asgaard Property is owned by Asgaard, a Danish investment company that carries out projects in the US, Canada, Denmark and Germany.
