The development project comprises three residential buildings, a hotel and a two-storey underground parking connecting the entire complex. The hotel, named Ibis, will be completed in summer 2018 and residential buildings in the second half of 2018, Merko told the stock exchange.
The residential development project will consist of three 5 to 8-storey apartment buildings with 120 apartments measuring from 30 to 125 square meters and over 1,000 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor. The price per square meter of the apartments ranges from 1,900 to 2,700 euros.
