The new CS300 aircraft with a total of 145 seats, offers excellent flying experience with such benefits for passengers as wider seats, larger windows, more hand luggage space in the cabin, improved lavatories and other. New aircraft is also much quieter – with four times smaller noise footprint, airBaltic said.
The first airBaltic commercial flight with Bombardier CS300 is scheduled to depart from Riga to Amsterdam at 4.25 p.m. on December 14 this year. airBaltic operates double daily flight per day from Riga to Amsterdam.
airBaltic is the launch operator for the CS300 aircraft, and has ordered 20 CS300 aircraft. airBaltic was to receive the first CSeries airplane by the end of October, but the time of the first delivery has been postponed until December 1.
airBaltic, founded in 1995, serves direct flights to about 60 destinations from its home base in Riga.
