According to preliminary data from the state enterprise Centre of Registers, 10,300 real estate objects were sold in July, it is by 5.5 percent more compared to June 2013 and by 24.4 percent more compared to July 2012.
The market growth in July was mostly influenced by active trade in apartments in municipalities of Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga. In Palanga, for the last two years, 26 apartment sale transactions were averagely concluded in a month, however, in July 2013, it increased to 175.
