The company said via the Warsaw stock exchange that it purchased a company, Latio Namsaimnieks, via its Latvian subsidiary last week.
According to the message, the company maintains 290,000 square meters of apartment buildings, also providing services to commercial estates.
Prior to the deal, City Service had apartment building maintenance deals for 279,000 square meters of apartment buildings and 900,000 square meters of commercial premises.
Icor concern holds a 84.83% stake in City Service , while another 15.17% of its shares are owned by other private and institutional investors.
City Service's shares are quoted on the Parallel Market of the Warsaw stock exchange.
