In the first quarter, the rental price of A class office spaces in Tallinn was 12.5-16.2 euros per square meter. In Riga the indicator was 13-16 euros and in Vilnius 14-17.5 euros per square meter. At the same time, 3-4% of such rental spaces were vacant in Tallinn, 7-8% in Riga and less than 1% in Vilnius.
The rental price of B1 class office spaces was 9-13.5 euros per square meter in Vilnius, 9-12 euros in Riga and 8.6-13.5 euros per square meters in Tallinn.
The vacancy rate was 4-5% in Vilnius, 7-8% in Riga and 5-7% in Tallinn.
