According to the survey commissioned by the Lithuanian Banks' Association (LBA), the level of confidence in banks is the highest among people aged between 18 and 29 years and those with higher education and the lowest level is among people aged between 60 and 74 years and those with basic or primary education.
76% of those polled thought that their main bank was financially stable and transactions were safe.
6% of respondents said that they did not use banking services.
Socialinis Informacijos Centras (SIC) last November polled 1,024 people aged 18 to 74 years.
