The overall price change was mainly influenced by a 0.2% decrease in prices for building materials and products and a 0.3% increase in wages and salaries.
As for building materials and products, the largest decrease in prices over the month was observed for finishing materials – 0.8%, wood products – 0.6%, pipes and insulation materials – 0.5% each, while an increase in prices was observed for electrical engineering materials – 0.3%.
Over the year (November 2015, against November 2014), construction input prices increased by 1%. It was conditioned by a 4% increase in wages and salaries, 0.3% – hourly labour costs of the operation of construction machines and mechanisms.
