UAB Merko Statyba and UAB E.L.L. Nekilnojamas Turtas entered into an agreement on the construction of an office building at Narbuto 5, Merko told the stock exchange.
The class A energy efficient office building has more than 4,600 square meters of rentable space. The building has six floors as well as two underground floors for parking. The office building is pursuing BREEAM certification.
The value of the contract is approximately 8.5 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works start in December 2015 and are scheduled to be complete in the first quarter of 2017.
E.L.L. Kinnisvara develops and manages office buildings, shopping centers and hotels.
