Under the three-year contract, FL Technics will support the charter carrier carrier's fleet of 18 aircraft, ASG said in a press release.
"The agreement covers component supply, repair and overhaul in Small Planet Airlines' bases across the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Cambodia, Poland and Lithuania, as well as in all of its future locations," it said.
In line with its strategy to focus on core activities, ASG in 2013 sold Small Planet Airlines to the carriers' management team for 296,000 euros. Vytautas Kaikaris currently holds a 70% stake in the charter carrier and Andrius Staniulis holds the remaining 30% of shares.
