SocietyThe first ever EU regulation on CO2 emissions for trucks and lorries was approved by Parliament on Thursday, in an effort to curb rising road transport emissions. The government proposed on Wednesday that the Seimas adopt a law introducing quotas for third-country nationals coming to work in Lithuania.
