The Declaration, among other things, calls on NATO to strengthen collective defence and deterrence and border security in NATO’s eastern flank and start a substantive process of inviting Ukraine to join NATO at the Summit in Vilnius, and calls for inclusion of the Wagner group in the European Union terrorist list.
