"On behalf of the Lithuanian people and on my own behalf, I extend our sincere condolences over the tragic plane crash in Kazan which left all passengers dead. In this hour of immense pain and grief, I wish strength and fortitude to the victims' families and friends," the President wrote in her message of condolences.
