"The interest in real estate projects has increased. The main argument is the continuous flow of lease. The most frequent choice is real estate funds, and the highest interest is commercial real estate," Karolis Pikunas, investment banking head at Orion Securities financial brokerage, said.
"This is a topic relevant for Lithuanians – many clients are interested, they have it, and whenever they have money available, they are more likely to invest in real estate rather than securities," Violeta Rimsiene, investment strategist at Evernord, told the daily.
