The agreement provides for closed technical cooperation between both organisations in order to promote bilateral trade and investments and Exchange of business delegations.
According to Osvaldas Ciuksys, chairman of the Lithuania-China Business Council, colleagues from Beijing will actively contribute to preparations of Lithuanian companies' missions to China this September. The mission will involve joint events to introduce business opportunities in both countries and meetings of businesspeople in order to help Lithuanian companies find business partners in China. Beijing's Council for the Promotion of International Trade has a vast and successful experience in organising such business missions.
The Lithuania-China Business Council under the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists is one of the main institutions contributing to stronger Lithuanian-Chinese economic relations. The Council seeks to actively contribute both to the improvement of trade relations between Lithuania and China and China's investment promotion in Lithuania.
