Net wages in the private sector last year increased by 9.4% to 761.3 euros and in the state sector by 6.7% to 800.2 euros, the state statistics agency said.
The gap between the state and the private sector narrowed by 15.3 euros to 38.9 euros last.

Average gross monthly wages in Lithuania last year rose by 60 euros, or 8.4 %, y-o-y, to 774 euros, data from Statistics Lithuania showed on Friday.
