			<description><![CDATA[I guess many European laws and amendments to already active laws are subordinate to American agenda in Europe, unfortunately. So, don't delude us with all those empty promises of transparency and some intention to avoid risks and other. The major threat for Lithuanians is actually American dominance and their obvious desire to transform Lithuania into a military tool against Russia or whoever else. Americans want military expenditure in Lithuania rise up to 2% of our GDP by 2018 and this is going to drastically reduce social projects to keep many not so much wealthy Lithuanians afloat. That's actually should be a big worry for European structures imo.]]></description>
