On 20 June, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania with the Chargé d'Affaires ad interim of the Russian Federation to Lithuania, Sergey Ryabokon. The Russian diplomat was handed a diplomatic note explaining the European Union's restrictive measures that apply to restricted goods of specific categories in transit by rail to and from Kaliningrad. Parliament will vote on plans to reduce carbon emissions, discuss EU support for Ukraine and host the LUX Audience Award ceremony at its plenary session on 6-9 June.
