EducationSnow Meeting, a traditional informal discussion club, organised by the Foreign Ministry of Lithuania since 2008, will be held on 15-16 January in Trakai and Vilnius, Lithuania's MFA said. According to the latest report by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), Lithuania stands 40th in the world according to its development in information and communications technologies (ICT).
